This Policy explains how your personal information is collected, used, and disclosed by GoGreen Systems LLC, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, including the medical practices and other healthcare entities and pharmacies with which UluRx contracts to provide products and services to you (“UluRx”). This privacy policy (“Policy”) applies to the website of UluRx, including www.UluRx.com, and UluRx’s applications and other online services (collectively, “Services”). This Policy does not apply to websites, applications or services that display or link to different privacy statements.

Information Collected

We collect information about you in various ways when you use our Services. We collect personal information you provide to us. For example, we collect your name, picture, email address, postal address, phone number, fax number, personal habits, demographics and other information you provide us on our Services. We also collect credit card numbers and other payment information if you purchase products or our services from us or from an affiliated health care provider or pharmacy through our Services. We may also obtain information from other sources and combine that with information we collect on our Services.

If you become a patient of a healthcare provider affiliated with UluRx, with your consent we may collect health information about you relating to your treatment such as your medical history and allergies to medications to provide you with continuous services through other affiliated health care providers.

When you visit our Website, some information is automatically collected. For example, when you visit our Website your computer’s operating system, Internet Protocol (IP) address, access times, browser type and language, and the website you visited before our site are logged automatically. We also collect information about your usage and activity and information about your device, such as your device and operating system type, wireless carrier, and device IDs, on our mobile applications.

Cookies. We may automatically collect information using “cookies.” Cookies are small data files stored on your hard drive by a website. Among other things, cookies help us improve our Services and your experience. We use cookies to track traffic data, understand how visitors got to our site, see which areas and features are popular, and to count visits to our Services. We may also use Cookies to improve our marketing techniques.

  • Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to collect information about the use of our website. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit our website, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other websites they used prior to coming to our website. We use the information we get from Google Analytics only to improve our website and services. Google Analytics collects only the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit our website, rather than your name or other identifying information. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with personally identifiable information. Although Google Analytics plants a permanent cookie on your web browser to identify you as a unique user the next time you visit our website, the cookie cannot be used by anyone but Google.   • Facebook Pixel: We use Facebook Pixel to understand and deliver ads and make them more relevant to you. The collected data remains anonymous and we cannot see the personal data of any individual user, however, the collected data is saved and processed by Facebook. Facebook may connect the information with your Facebook account and use the information for their own advertising purposes, in accordance with their Data Policy. You can opt-out of Facebook’s use of cookies and Facebook Pixel through settings on your Facebook account.

  • Google AdWords: We use Google AdWords to advertise on the Google Search Network and Display Network. Google AdWords uses cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to our website. Users may opt out of Google’s use of cookies by visiting the Google advertising opt-out page.

  • Microsoft Clarity and Advertising: We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how users interact with our website. Clarity provides heatmaps and session replays to help us see how users navigate our site. Microsoft Advertising helps us reach new customers and promote our services. These services may collect data about your interactions with our website which may be used for analytics and advertising purposes in accordance with Microsoft’s Privacy Statement.

  • Tapfiliate: We use Tapfiliate to manage and track our affiliate marketing programs. Tapfiliate uses cookies to track the source of visits and conversions generated by our affiliates. This helps us reward our affiliates accurately for their marketing efforts.

  • Klaviyo: We use Klaviyo to manage our email marketing campaigns. Klaviyo collects information about your interaction with our emails, such as open rates and click-through rates, to help us improve our email marketing strategies.

  • Tawk.to: We use Tawk.to to provide live chat support on our website. Tawk.to may collect personal information you provide via the chat, such as your name, email address, and the contents of your chat messages. This information is used to provide you with customer support and improve our services. Tawk.to’s use of your information is governed by their Privacy Policy.

Use of Information We Collect

We use personal information collected through our Services for purposes described in this Policy or disclosed to you on our Services or in connection with our services. For example, we may use your information to:

  • Connect you with a healthcare professional for consultation and treatment;

UluRx may store and process personal information in the United States and other countries.

Mobile Terms of Service

The UluRx mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by UluRx (“UluRx”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to UluRx’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of UluRx through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with UluRx. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18559422401 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You’ll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other UluRx mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

Sharing of Personal Information

Our Services allow you to connect and share your actions, content, and information on third party websites and services. Please be mindful of your own privacy needs as you choose who to connect with and what to share and make public. We cannot control the privacy or security of information you choose to make public.

We do not share your personal information with third parties other than as follows:

  • with your consent, for example, when you agree to our sharing your information with other third parties, such as physicians and other health care providers when you request a consultation or pharmacy services;
  • with third party vendors, consultants and other service providers who work for us and need access to your information to do that work;
  • to (i) comply with laws or to respond to lawful requests and legal process, (ii) to protect the rights and property of UluRx, our agents, customers, and others including to enforce our agreements, policies, and terms of use or (iii) in an emergency to protect the personal safety of UluRx, its customers, or any person;
  • in connection with or during negotiation of any merger, financing, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, transaction or proceeding involving sale, transfer, divestiture or disclosure of all or a portion of our business or assets to another company.

We may share aggregated or deidentified information that does not identify any individual about our users.

Security of Your Personal Information

UluRx takes reasonable steps to help protect your personal information in an effort to prevent loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

Your Information Choices and Changes

You may opt out of receiving promotional emails from UluRx by following the instructions in those emails. If you opt out, we will cease to send you any communications. To opt out, either click the “unsubscribe” button at the bottom of the email or reply to the email with the word “unsubscribe” in the body of the reply email.

You may also send requests about your contact preferences, changes to your information including requests to opt-out of sharing your personal information with third parties by emailing care@Ulurx.com.

Most Web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove cookies and to reject cookies. If you choose to remove cookies or reject cookies, this could affect certain features or services of our website.
