Bactrim banishes the bacteria that causes acne and other skin problems. It is effective against infections that may be resistant to other antibiotics. This is helpful against acne and other skin infections. Scientifically speaking, Bactrim is a combination of two antibiotics: sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim, which treat different types of infections. This is why it is used to treat a wide variety of bacterial infections.

Side Effects:

  • Common side effects of Bactrim are loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, painful or swollen tongue, dizziness, spinning sensation, ringing in your ears, tiredness, or sleep problems (insomnia). More serious side effects are skin rash, yellowing of your skin or eyes, seizure and increased or decreased urination.
