UluRx Return Policy

At UluRx, we strive to maintain clarity and transparency for our customers. Below, you will find the details of our return policy:

1. Return Shipping Costs: All items returned will be at the expense of the buyer. This means if you decide to return an item, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to send it back to us. Shipping costs will be charged back to the buyer.

2. Handling/Restocking/Administrative Fee: In addition to the return shipping costs, all returned items will incur a 20% handling/restocking/administrative fee. This fee is calculated based on the original purchase price of the item(s) being returned.

3. Prescription Products: Prescription products are non-refundable. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will gladly remake your prescription, within 30 days of purchase, if needed. Please contact our customer service team for assistance. Refills are under no circumstances refundable, nor will we remake them.

4. Return Reason Questionnaire: To process your return, you will be required to complete a series of questions explaining the reasons for the return. This helps us understand your concerns and improve our products and services.

5. Gifts with Purchase: Any gifts received with your purchase must also be returned, no exceptions. 

6. Product and Gifts Return: The product and any and all gifts with purchase must be returned, no exceptions.

7. Auto-Ship & Subscribe: These orders are not refundable. You are responsible for managing your shipments.
