Return Policy

To ensure clarity and transparency for our customers, the following outlines our return policy:

  • Return Shipping Costs: All items returned will be at the expense of the buyer. This means if you decide to return an item, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to send it back to us.  Shipping will be charged back to the buyer. 
  • Handling/Restocking/Administrative Fee: In addition to the return shipping costs, all returned items will incur a 20% handling/restocking/administrative fee. This fee is calculated based on the original purchase price of the item(s) being returned.
  • Prescription Fee: For any products that were provided with a prescription at no charge, a $25 prescription fee will be charged upon return. This is to cover the costs associated with the prescription services provided.
  • Return Reason Questionnaire: To process your return, you will be required to complete a series of questions explaining the reasons for the return. This helps us understand your concerns and improve our products and services.
  • Gifts with purchase must be returned.
