Shipping Policy

UluRx accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are shipped from a pharmacy that is licensed to distribute into your state via USPS. UluRx ships non-prescription products to all U.S. states and follows the standard methods available by USPS. UluRx ships prescription products only to states which we are licensed in. 

This shipping policy is subject to change without notice. We encourage you to review it periodically

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping via USPS on all orders over $25. Orders under $25 will be charged a standard shipping fee, which will be displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery Times: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that delivery times may vary based on location, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control. Estimated delivery times will be provided when your order is placed.
  • Delivery Confirmation: Our responsibility for the product ends when the tracking information indicates that the product has been delivered to the address provided by the buyer. We will not replace items that are confirmed delivered by USPS tracking.
  • Incorrect Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete address. We are not liable for shipments sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • International Orders: At this time, we only ship within the United States.
  • Changes to Order: Any changes to the order or shipping address must be made before the order is shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If the package shows delivered to your address, but is missing you must report the lost package to us within 2 weeks of placing your order. Once you have reported your lost package, we will launch an inquiry with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered. If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge.

We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

Track Package

When your order ships from our warehouse, we send you a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number. To track your package, simply enter your tracking number at

Refuse Package

If your package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused, you are responsible for the following:

  • Original and return shipping costs
  • Duties, taxes and other customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments

The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your refund.
