UluRx accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are shipped from a pharmacy that is licensed to distribute into your state via USPS. UluRx ships non-prescription products to all U.S. states and follows the standard methods available by USPS. UluRx ships prescription products only to states which we are licensed in. 

This shipping policy is subject to change without notice. We encourage you to review it periodically

• Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping via USPS on all orders over $25. Orders under $25 will be charged a standard shipping fee, which will be displayed at checkout. Special services and foreign addresses are not included in standard shipping and are the responsibility of the customer.
• Delivery Times: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that delivery times may vary based on location, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control. Estimated delivery times will be provided when your order is placed.
• Delivery Confirmation: Our responsibility for the product ends when the tracking information indicates that the product has been delivered to the address provided by the buyer. We will not replace items that are confirmed delivered by USPS tracking.
• Incorrect Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete address. We are not liable for shipments sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
• International Orders: At this time, we only ship within the United States.
• Changes to Order: Any changes to the order or shipping address must be made before the order is shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If the package shows delivered to your address, you must work with you local post office or carrier to locate the package. Once tracking indicates delivery we have no control over the process thereafter.  

We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

Track Package

When your order ships from our warehouse, we send you a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number. To track your package, simply enter your tracking number at usps.com

Prescription Products – U.S. Residents Only

Our prescription-strength products are available only to U.S. residents and must be shipped to a valid residential or business address within the United States. International orders, freight forwarders, package forwarding services, consolidation warehouses, re-shippers, or similar third-party shipping arrangements are not permitted. International customs agencies do not accept U.S. prescriptions, and packages sent through these services will almost always be rejected, confiscated, or destroyed.

Customers who choose to use a forwarding service do so at their own risk. UluRx is not responsible for:

• Delays, holds, seizures, or destruction by customs

• Lost, damaged, or unreturned items

• Fees, duties, or return costs

• Refunds for orders shipped to forwarding services or non-U.S. destinations

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges they were clearly informed that prescription products are for U.S. residents only, and waives all claims related to shipping or customs outcomes resulting from the use of a forwarding service.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Address Policy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. This includes confirming addresses stored in Apple Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, or other auto-fill payment systems. We do not modify addresses once an order has been submitted.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:

• An incorrect or incomplete address,

• Failure to update a saved address in Apple Pay / Shop Pay / PayPal,

• Refusal of delivery,

• Or inability of the carrier to deliver the package,

the order is considered fulfilled and nonrefundable. Prescription products and compounded items cannot be restocked, reused, or resold, and therefore cannot be refunded once they have been shipped.

If the customer wishes to receive the order again, a new order must be placed with the correct shipping address.

By completing checkout, you acknowledge your responsibility to provide an accurate deliverable address and understand that UluRx is not responsible for replacing or refunding orders that are undeliverable due to address errors.
