What if I've had a bad reaction to an ingredient? ▾
Any ingredient you flagged as a reaction in the quiz is automatically excluded from your suggested formula and noted for your provider. You will never receive an ingredient you've reacted to. If you want to update this after ordering, just call us at (602) 315-1530.
Do I need to see a doctor or make an appointment? ▾
No appointment needed. After purchase you complete a brief health questionnaire (about 3 minutes). A licensed provider reviews it and approves your formula — typically within 1–2 business days. They'll reach out directly if they have any questions.
Can I customize my formula or change an ingredient? ▾
Always. Our compounding pharmacy is built around customization — that's our specialty. You can take an ingredient out, swap one in, or change a strength. The easiest way: text the word CONSULT to (602) 315-1530 and one of our team will personally tweak your formula. Or note your preferences in the post-purchase health questionnaire.
Tretinoin — what should I expect? ▾
Tretinoin is the gold-standard prescription anti-aging ingredient — it rebuilds collagen, smooths fine lines, and accelerates skin cell turnover.

Mild redness, dryness, or peeling in the first 2–4 weeks is normal as your skin adapts. Every tret formula we make includes niacinamide and hyaluronic acid to soften this — but if it feels too strong, we can lower the strength.

Sun sensitivity — apply at night, and always wear sunscreen during the day.

Beginner / intermediate / experienced — we start beginners at 0.03%, intermediate users at 0.06%, and experienced users at 0.10%. The quiz picks the right strength for your history.

Not for pregnancy or breastfeeding. If your situation changes after you order, contact us and we'll adjust.
Hydroquinone — what should I know? ▾
Hydroquinone is the most studied and most effective topical melanin inhibitor — it's the gold standard for fading melasma, sun spots, and stubborn dark spots. It's used in cycles (typically 3–4 months on, then a break) and is reviewed by your provider before approval.

If you'd rather not use hydroquinone — many people prefer to avoid it — our quiz routes you to azelaic acid instead, which is a gentler, pregnancy-safe alternative that works on a different pathway.
What if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding? ▾
Several of our prescription ingredients (tretinoin, hydroquinone, estriol) are not appropriate during pregnancy or breastfeeding. The quiz screens for this on the first question and routes you to pregnancy-safe options — copper peptides, vitamin C, astaxanthin, and certain anti-redness formulas that are excellent for skin without the contraindications.
Rosacea ResQ — what's in it and what should I expect? ▾
Rosacea ResQ combines two prescription ingredients in one bottle: metronidazole 1% (calms the inflammatory cascade behind rosacea redness — FDA-approved since the 1980s) and ivermectin 1% (targets the Demodex mite that drives rosacea flare-ups). Most products use one or the other — combining both is what makes this formula different.
Copper peptides (GHK-Cu) — why three different strengths? ▾
GHK-Cu is one of the few topical ingredients shown to actually up-regulate the genes responsible for collagen production. We offer 2%, 3%, and 4%.

Sensitive skin or first-time peptide user: 2%.
Comfortable with actives: 3%.
Experienced and want maximum: 4%.

Peptides work best on their own — we do not blend them with tretinoin or hydroquinone, because those interfere with the peptide structure.

Do you ship outside the US? ▾
No — we ship to all US states only. As a US-licensed compounding pharmacy, we're regulated to dispense within the United States.
