What Is Crepey Skin?

Crepey skin (not “creepy”) is thin, finely wrinkled skin that looks like crêpe paper. It shows up most often on the upper arms, elbows, knees, thighs and chest, as skin loses collagen with age or after weight loss. Upper-arm skin is thinner, so it tends to turn crepey sooner.

How to treat it

CrepeRx is a prescription tretinoin 0.11% body cream with hyaluronic acid and niacinamide, made for crepey skin on the arms, legs and chest.

Do I need a prescription?

Yes, and it’s included. After checkout, you answer a short questionnaire. A licensed medical provider reviews it, typically within 1–3 business days. If the provider doesn’t approve CrepeRx for you, we refund the CrepeRx part of your order.
